Return to Origin: A 5-Day Sentada
The mountains remember what we have forgotten. Mamo Lorenzo, keeper of Arhuaco wisdom, brings the ancient practices of Colombia's Sierra Nevada to our Rocky Mountain sanctuary. Through this rare sentada, we heal the threads that connect us to our ancestors, make sacred payments to the land that holds us, and restore the original instructions written in our bones.

A 5-day immersive spiritual retreat with fire ceremony, meditation, sacred payments, and teachings from Mamo Lorenzo. Camping on the land with communal meals provided.

About the Sentada
This is an invitation to learn and practically apply the spiritual work of the guardians of the Sierra Nevada with Mamo Lorenzo, elder, teacher, and spiritual leader of the Arhuaco people.
The practice will support:
- The organization and purification of mental chatter into thoughts of gold; To Affirm and clarify the power of correct thoughts.
- Generational healing of the Family tree and unresolved traumas, karmas, illnesses.
- Spiritual payment to the ancestors and beings of the territory to clear energetic debts.
- Sharing and weaving of the golden word with sacred fire.
- How to Reharmonise, refresh, and restore the origin frequencies of our bodies and the Earth.
- How one can continue these practices along a path of spiritual growth in service to the Mother Earth.
About Mamo Lorenzo Izquierdo Arroyo
Born in 1975 in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Mamo Lorenzo's arrival was prophesied in 1940: "A child will come from the natural house and remind us that we have forgotten our roots and abandoned our knowledge." His spiritual name, Sụmmụmpawịụm Bunkwaringekụn Bunsịụnchụwịụn, means "The light that undresses the light, light that frees from darkness."
After decades of training with fourteen Arhuaco wise men and a 90-day trance that awakened his inner knowledge, Mamo Lorenzo now fulfills his mission to unify peoples and help remember the foundations of creation. Since 2017, he has led Return to Origin retreats, opening his doors to humanity for spiritual work that strengthens our connection with Mother Earth.
