Mamo Lorenzo is a spiritual leader of the Arhuaco people in Colombia. The Arhuaco have emerged from centuries of protecting their sacred knowledge to share urgent teachings about humanity's relationship with the living Earth.
We invite you to weave connections in our community circle, where we'll share conversation that brings us to the heart and truth of our being. This circle of word fosters deep reflection and sacred connection through community.

About the Arhuaco
The Arhuaco are an indigenous people of Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, which they call the "Heart of the World" and believe to be the spiritual and ecological center that maintains balance for the entire planet. Viewing themselves as "Elder Brothers" with a sacred responsibility to preserve cosmic harmony through spiritual practices, they consider outsiders "Younger Brothers" who have lost their connection to the natural world.
After centuries of protecting their ancient wisdom in isolation, the Arhuaco have recently emerged to share urgent teachings about humanity's relationship with the living Earth, employing what they call "spiritual technology" - including making payments to the land, weaving thoughts into reality, and communicating with the consciousness of mountains and nature.
They believe we are at a critical juncture where humanity must choose between continuing destructive patterns or returning to harmony with Mother Earth, making their prophetic voice and guidance essential for planetary healing and survival.
About Mamo Lorenzo Izquierdo Arroyo
Born in 1975 in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Mamo Lorenzo's arrival was prophesied years before his birth: "A child will come from the natural house and remind us that we have forgotten our roots and abandoned our knowledge." After decades of training with fourteen Arhuaco wise men, he now carries the mission to unify peoples and remember the foundations of creation. Since 2017, he has led Return to Origin retreats, opening this work to humanity to strengthen our connection with Mother Earth.
